In these Ciabatta sticks we add Durum Wheat, robust olive oil and Big Black Kalamata olives. Most people can’t make it home with out taking a bite.

Rustic Peasant Bread

Dusted with flour, this bread has a snowy-white crust which surrounds a soft, savory crumb filled with lots of holes. In essence this is a beautiful large ciabatta loaf with fantastic imperfections that makes this a perfect “rippin, and dippin” bread.

Like French pain au levain, it's a white-wheat mix made with a sour starter. Its crust is crisp, its flavor subtle, never tiring.

Whole Grain Health Bread

This is our WHOLE GRAIN version of a German FARM BREAD. It’s nutty and moist and very dense. It is studded with Sunflower, flax, and rolled oats. There is nothing better than toasting this on a cold morning with Jam or sweet butter.
