Fresh Mozzarella-
Best served at room temperature.
Store in refrigerator, tightly wrapped in plastic.

Crab Cakes
Keep frozen until ready to use.
Bake - frozen - 425 F - 20 min..
Sauté - thaw - 2 min. on each side

Thaw
Bake - 375° F - 25-30 min..
Broil, Grill or Sauté - approx 4 min. on each side.

Stuffed Chicken
Do not thaw.
Bake - 400° F - uncovered 40-45 min..

Chicken Tenders
Do not thaw Bake - 450° F - 15-17 min..

Tilapia
place frozen fillets on a lightly oiled sheet pan. Convection oven: 325'F for 14-17 min. Conventional oven: 375 28-30 min (If defrosted bake 400'F 14-16 min.)

Lemon sole / Caribbean Mahi Mahi
Pan Sauté/flat grill: from thawed, cook @325'F for a total of 3-4 min. flipping half way through. From Frozen: 9-10 min., flipping half way through.Oven: From Frozen: Bake @ 425 for 16-18 min. Thawed: 400 for 16-18 min.

Burgers
Pan - Heat a cast iron skillet or griddle over medium-high heat for 2 to 3 minutes. Place the hamburger patties in the pan. For medium-rare burgers, cook the patties for 4 minutes on each side. For medium burgers, cook the patties for 5 minutes on each side. Flip the burgers only once during cooking.
Grill - Place the hamburger patties on the clean, well-oiled grill grate. Grill the burgers over high heat for about 5 minutes per side. Hamburgers are cooked to medium when a thermometer inserted into the middle reads 160 degrees F.

Ravioli
Never, never cook ravioli or any filled pasta in rapidly boiling water. Always bring water to a boil first. Lower gas and gently place ravioli in pot. Let them simmer in the water for 4 to 6 minute (If they start to move around lower gas; flame is still too high). Drain and Serve with your favorite sauce.
